National Tax Service (SIN) extends the deadline for presentation and payment of Tax Returns of the Unified Agricultural Regime (RAU).
The Tax Office of Bolivia has extended the deadline until November 30th 2023, for the submission and payment of the Tax Returns of the Unified Agricultural Regime (RAU), and for the processing of the Certificate of Non-Taxability (RAU) for fiscal year 2022.
The Tax Administration approved this extension through Resolution No. 102300000033, dated October 30th 2023. The aim is to support agricultural production and trade, ensuring food sovereignty.
If your company operates in sectors such as agriculture, livestock, poultry, beekeeping, floriculture, rabbit farming, and aquaculture, it must submit your Tax Return using Form 701. The annual tax amount to be paid varies based on the location and size of your rural properties.
This measure seeks to provide clarity and flexibility to companies operating in the agricultural sector in Bolivia.
