To facilitate taxpayer compliance with their tax obligations, the Tax Administration Service (SAT) eliminated this year’s the Annual Statement of customers and suppliers, officially known as 42.

This measure is possible thanks to the information contained in the invoices and the Electronic Aaccounting filed by taxpayers. In the Declaration officially known as 42 the following data was included, among others: name, RFC and address, of the customers and suppliers with whom they had had trades over 50 thousand pesos and the amount of such Trades. In 2015, 117.390 annual statements of this kind were received, so eliminating the sending of this information, the taxpayers will fasten their processes and the cost of compliance is decreased. In may be consulted since February 8th, the tax rules exempting taxpayers from this obligation.
