Our history
Headquartered in Spain and launched in 1979, we’re a family owned and managed firm with Spanish roots. Founded by Victor M. Salamanca Carrasco and Emilio Llamas Castaño, Victor Salamanca Jr became CEO in 2009, leading the company through international growth.

We gathered key individuals for the firm at the Teatro Real to commemorate the company’s entire trajectory, which began in 1979.
In 2018, 2019, and now 2025, the Migranodearena.org Foundation granted Auxadi the ‘Most Committed Company’ award. Auxadi achieved this latest recognition for its 15th Charity Football Tournament, the proceeds of which were donated to the Fundación Instituto San José.
