Auxadi, the leading global firm in accounting, tax, payroll, transfer pricing, and corporate legal services, has completed the acquisition of Fidelium. The incorporation of the Belgian firm to Auxadi adds a team of professionals with vast experience in managing accounting and tax services for subsidiaries of large corporations established in Belgium, thus strengthening Auxadi’s value proposition in this territory.

Fidelium was founded back in 1999 and is based in Brussels. Therefore, this deep knowledge will allow us to optimize and enrich the services offered to our extensive portfolio of multinational clients.

With this integration, in addition to its 22 existing subsidiaries, Auxadi completes its strategic expansion in the Benelux region, thus consolidating its presence in a key area known for the cooperation among the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

This new integration strengthens Auxadi’s successful M&A plan, which in 2025 three acquisitions have already been made official: Afiens Legal Services by Auxadi, announced last February, by providing CoSec and incorporations of companies; and TPS by Auxadi, agreed in mid-June, which were joined by the Central American operations in 2021 and the Netherlands in 2023.

Auxadi’s professional services will improve thanks to its international expansion and its investment in technology.
