Auxadi expands international capabilities with the integration of Gentile Law, a leading firm in Global Mobility and International Taxation for Family Offices and Corporations
Auxadi, a global leader in accounting for multinationals, tax, international payroll management, transfer pricing and corporate legal services (cosec), has reached an agreement to integrate Gentile Law. This tax boutique is specialized in providing high-end solutions for Family Offices and high-net-worth clients in areas such as Global Mobility, international taxation, and Corporate Services. As part of the agreement, its CEO and founder, Lucía Goy, along with her entire team, will join Auxadi’s global structure.
Lucía Goy will lead the new global practice for Family Offices and High-Net-Worth Individuals, consolidating Auxadi’s growth in the Spanish market as both a gateway for foreign capital and a bridge connecting the Americas and Europe. The goal is to continue growing in the more than 50 markets where Auxadi currently operates.
This operation is part of Auxadi’s growth strategy to “build the best professional services firm in every country where we operate” and follows the path of strategic acquisitions made in recent years in Central America, the Netherlands, Greece, Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium, and Spain itself.
