The 16th annual Charity Soccer Tournament, held from September 15th to 19th, ended with AUXADI winning the championship for the first time in the competition’s long history. Thanks to generous donations from the participating teams and our firm, the event raised a total of €34,624, which will be fully allocated to Saint Martin’s School.
A cause with a lasting impact
This fundraising campaign successfully raised over €34,000 to electrify a school in Nairobi, a project focused on long-term sustainability and support. The donations, from companies that participated in the tournament, will be used to purchase and install solar panels.
This project directly benefits a non-profit organization that, for over 40 years, has provided food and educational support to more than 1,000 children in Kibagare, an underprivileged neighborhood in the Kenyan capital. By significantly reducing the school’s energy costs, the freed-up funds can be reinvested in the students’ daily meals. This initiative represents a strategic investment that ensures a lasting impact on the community and the well-being of the young people at St. Martin’s School.
A week of sportsmanship and giving back
The 16th edition of the annual tournament, which kicked off on September 15th, concluded with an exciting final and a new champion. The event, which brought together teams from law firms and tech consultancies, was marked by a high level of competition and great sportsmanship.
The final day saw four teams with exceptional performance: AD Unión Adarve, AUXADI, Ceca Magán Abogados, and Hiberus. In the first semi-final, AUXADI secured their spot in the final with a decisive victory over Ceca Magán. The second semi-final was a tighter match, resolved in an exciting penalty shootout that saw Hiberus beat AD Unión Adarve.

Members of Team AUXADI celebrate their victory in the Charity Tournament 2025.
The championship match between Hiberus and AUXADI was the perfect culmination of the tournament. Trailing on the scoreboard, the AUXADI team staged a spectacular comeback in the final minutes to win the title for the first time in its history. Their victory is a testament to their commitment and perseverance, underscoring the spirit of overcoming challenges that defines this event.
