After recent elections and the subsequent approval of the State Budget for 2022 by the Portuguese Government, Order no. 8564-A/2022 has been published, and later amended by notice no. 629-A/2022 – detailing the changes to the withholding tax tables in force for the Portuguese mainland.

All the updated tables can be found here (Portuguese only) and these are applicable from 1 July 2022.

We ask for special attention to be given to the changes in Tables I (unmarried) and III (married, two holders).
