With indefinite validity and starting on 01/01/2016, it has been approved a complement that will be a benefit to the pensions of women who have had children, as an acknowledgment of their contribution for increasing the population.
The measure affects contributory retirement pensions, widowhood and permanent disability that may generate women who have had children, and it will consist in the application over the initial pension ,in which may be entitled, an additional rate of 5, 10 or 15% depending on which have respectively 2, 3 and 4 or more children.
Such complement is excluded in case of early retirement by voluntary decision of the interested, and also in case of partial retirement, while the duration of the latter situation.
