The Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) trying to unify processes with the Secretary of the Treasury in Mexico, they can use the tax mailbox to send electronic notifications and keep in communication with the company employers.
The companies will have to authorize the IMSS to notify them the resolutions, the vouchers of payments and other digital documents, through the tax mailbox, so employers will be receive a notification when they try to access the IMSS electronic portal.
Employers and companies need to have their electronic signature updated so with that they can access to the tax mailbox on their platform, otherwise the Institute can consider completed any electronic communication.
To register you must sign in electronic form and authorize the terms and conditions for the use of the tax mailbox.
