Law 20351 has been approved by the Peruvian Parliament, in forced since 2009 by different renewals of temporary laws. According to this, “National Parties and Christmas” extra salary payments and Social Security contributions will not be subject to any withholding tax.
Throughout the approval of the Law 30334, the Peruvian Parliament has established the Law 29351 as permanent.
