As a joint Ordinance RFB / PGFN 922/2016, the deadline for the inclusion of social security debts related to the consolidation of debts to be paid in installments or in accordance with art. 2 of Law No. 12996 of June 18, 2014 ends on 07/29/2016.
Those debts are the ones related to social security contributions provided in paragraphs “a”, “b” and “c” of the sole paragraph of art. 11 of Law No. 8,212, of July 24, 1991, the taxes levied as a replacement and contributions owed to third parties, other organizations and funds.
The procedures should be performed only on the website of the RFB or the PGFN, from July 12th to July 29th, 2016.
