Now in its 19th year, Great Place to Work® are leaders in the promotion and certification of Excellent Places to Work. They held a virtual event to announce the firms gaining this prestigious award.
To assign their awards, Great Place to Work® analyse each organisation’s environment, including sending a questionnaire to employees, and complete a thorough assessment of the culture and people management.
Great Place to Work shared the results of Auxadi’s employee survey, revealing that Auxadi scored very highly for trust in its people (92%), honesty of managers (89%) and internal collaboration (88%) among other points.
Among the main Talent Management strategies launched by Auxadi is its work to promote the interaction and spirit of its teams with initiatives for teleworking, the implementation of CSR and charity fundraising, its policy of development and training of talent, and the international environment of the firm. Auxadi currently has 350 employees from 25 different nationalities spread across 22 subsidiaries internationally.
