Following the recommendations established by the relevant authorities, and in response to the spread of COVID-19, we have activated Phase II of our action protocol at our office in Madrid.
These are the main measures included in this Phase II:
Until March 27, employees of the Madrid office will work remotely, extending our teleworking program to all employees.
Meetings scheduled, including the regular weekly and monthly ones, are maintained and will be held online. Face-to-face meetings will only be celebrated in exceptional situations, if it is essential and if it is impossible to hold them by other channels. Internal training will also be held online.
Travelling arrangements and attendance to events will be temporarily postponed.
During the last few years, Auxadi has made an outstanding effort in terms of investment in processes and technology in order to provide best-in-class service and enable Business Continuity. We have been offering flexible work hour schedules, and remote working programs to our employees since 2010, and all our systems are readily available to enable remote working to our employees and remote access to our clients. Our teams have the necessary tools to carry out their daily tasks online. Auxadi counts with VPN secure connection and our main systems, hosted in Azure (Microsoft).
