The annual report, designated by Relatorio Único, is the report that refers to the social activity of the company. This obligation is regulated in the code of Ordinance No. 55/2010 of 21st January and collects information relating to the headcount, incorporations and leavers, overtime hours, vocational training, health services, strikes and suppliers. The information is divided by 6 annexes constituting the report.
All the companies that are in the shelter of the labor code for the period 2015 are forced to present the report to the competent authority, the Cabinet of strategy and planning of the Ministry of Economy.
The delivery is scheduled for the period between 16th March and 15th April 2016 and considers information from the year 2015.
