On the afternoon of March 16 the Chamber of Deputies approved in general the draft Law that increases the legal holiday for workers with less than fifteen years of service by 15 to 20 working days. This implies an increase of five working days that require being paid in full by the employer. The initiative includes an increase of 25 working days of legal holiday for workers in the extreme zones of our country. The draft Law must be reviewed by the Labor Commission.
