Auxadi is pleased to welcome Kira Rubiano, who has joined our international team as “Head Of International Payroll Management Department & Head of US CRM Hub” in our Chicago office.
Kira has more than 11 years of experience in international payroll management, managing more than 100 global partnerships throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. She holds a degree in International Studies with concentration in International Law from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She speaks Russian, English, Italian and is in the process of improving her Spanish.
As leader of Auxadi’s Chicago operations, Kira exemplifies all of the core values of our firm: ethics and excellence. She is in active participant in the global payroll community as member of APA’s Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force and writer for the Global Payroll Management Institute. She has presented at Congress for the American Payroll Association (APA) 2015, 2016 and 2017, APA Fall Forum, Texas Payroll Congress, and for the International Trade Association of Chicago (ITAC). Kira also has carried out many webinars on the topic of international payroll and was recently published in the Payroll Answer Book published by Wolters Kluwer.
