Both my father and I are extremely excited to share with you great news for Auxadi, and those that belong to our company.

After more than 40 years of history, we are now celebrating a new milestone in our journey. A few days ago, Inflexion, mid market Uk Private Equity firm, has made a minority investment in our firm.

The incorporation of Inflexion is aimed to strengthen our growth strategy, with special focus in US, Europe and Latam, and to keep developing our technology platform, in order to keep on pursuing our Mission: making life easier to our clients, and those surrounding them.

Born as a Spanish family owned business, that will continue being Spanish, currently operating in 50 countries through 16 fully owned international subsidiaries, this milestone would have not been possible without your support. With this in mind, we want to express once again our gratitude to what we think is one of your most valuable assets: your trust.

From our side, we will continue doing our best remaining loyal to our value proposal, relying on our culture, our values, our teams and our technology, to keep on moving along, learning and improving.
