The purchase of companies is an ideal formula for those who need to have at their disposal a company already registered in the minimal amount of time, able to commence a particular business activity immediately. AUXADI has at its disposal companies already set up and registered during 2007 in the Mercantile Registry. These companies have been completely inactive since their incorporation and are ready for the commencement of activity. The companies in our portfolio are all limited liability, with addresses registered in our offices, have a sole member and have the minimum corporate capital required (3,006) Euros. Its management board is a sole administrator and the financial periods coincide with the calendar year.
