At the end of the year 2005 we founded Accacia along with 3 other independent firms from
the BPO field.
Currently, Accacia represents 6 firms located in Mexico DF, Queretaro, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Caracas, Miami, Lisbon, Madrid, Paris and Munich.
The objectives to develop an international firm association, rendering high quality BPO services to international clients, and to strengthen our clients’ and associated firms’ performance through net synergies.
Our short term expansion objective focuses on Europe and Latin America. We are working in order to establish in 2009 new members in Italy, Ireland, Norway, Benelux, Peru, Argentina, and Colombia, always with the best associated firms.
