Executive Board Annual Meeting

 

Coinciding with its 30th Anniversary celebration, Auxadi will be organizing and hosting Accacia’s Executive Board Annual Meeting.

Once more, Auxadi shall be in charge of organizing the Accacia’s seventh Executive Board Meeting, to which Victor Salamanca Cuevas belongs since its establishment.

Such meeting shall take place on September 25th and 26th, and Hotel Intercontinental in Madrid shall be the chosen location to host this event.

As we made known on previous events, Accacia was born being its main objective to meet international companies’ demands of receiving services spread globally for their local accounting, reporting, tax compliance, payroll management, and legal and tax advice needs.

Keeping this objective in mind, we began a contact task to explain our project to different BPO firms, pursuing the involvement in the project of other firms containing two main features: being prestigious firms in their markets, renowned for striving for service quality excellence, and being firms clearly independent at the same time as professionally reliable. 

From its foundation, Accacia has given us a huge boost in terms of strengthening our image and international presence. It has allowed us to establish ties with other firms, similar to ours, with which we may share management models, knowledge and clients, thus improving our own firm’s enrichment by introducing numerous improvements. Lastly, it has enabled us to share clients on a transnational level thus improving our growth in Spain and Portugal.     

Currently the net is composed by 5 firms present in 7 countries (Mexico, Venezuela, France, Germany, Spain and Portugal). Shortly 2 other firms’ incorporations shall be official with presence in Brazil on one hand, and Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia on the other. The most important Italian firm in the BPO field, holding approximately 600 employees, has expressed its interest in joining the project led by Auxadi in Accacia. Additionally, a United Kingdom firm, equally invited by Auxadi to participate in this Project, has expressed its clear interest in participating in the Association as well as firms from Luxembourg, Argentina and Peru. All of them shall come to Madrid, they shall visit us, they shall attend the cocktail held in celebration of our 30th anniversary and they shall participate in Accacia’s Annual Meeting (some as members and others as candidates to join the Association following the corresponding test which they all must undergo).    

The Association’s growth strategy is ambitious and it expects to reach 20 countries in Europe and Latin America towards the end of 2010. With such international presence we shall finally be able to say that Accacia does have an international presence.
