Next Friday, September 22, we present a case Study: “International markets entry strategies: The role of the brand” at the headquarters of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Miami. Luis Casas, Managing Director of IESE in Miami, will present the results of the Study and Victor Salamanca, CEO in Auxadi, will expose the vision and business experience of Auxadi as a Spanish company with a global presence.

The study, carried out by Auxadi, the Spanish Renowned Brands Forum, IESE Business School and ICEX Spain Exports and Investment, with the support of the OEPM, aims to analyze the most used market entry strategies by Spanish companies in its international expansion, as well as the role that the brand plays in that process.

The internationalization of Spanish brands is a key issue in the development of our country. Our belief is that having a greater number of Spanish companies with strong brands outside our territory will result in the creation of more jobs and wealth. But, as is well known, the internationalization of brands is not an easy task, especially in the beginning. Therefore, we wanted to focus this study in the analysis of the strategies and ways of entry in international markets.

We have done a qualitative and quantitative research, which we think will shed light especially on those companies that are still in the initial stages of internationalization.

Assistance is free for members of the Chamber and for attendees coming from Auxadi. It is important to notice that the whole presentation will be in Spanish.
