The article 37 of the Law 2015-1786 dated December 19th, 2015; made some adjustments for the missions of authorized management organizations (AMO): increase the surveillance monitoring and control on the declaration for the CVAE and incomes received abroad, improve the universal periodic review, the creation to mixed management organizations, etc….
In order to take account these measures a decree issued on January 16th, 2017; sets the model for the new report that from now on, must indicate to authorized accountants and to the AMO who to monitor their missions.
These measures entered in force since January 28th, 2017.
